5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 First-Time Buyer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a first-time customer, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your purchase, regardless of whether the product has been opened or used. 6.2 Standard Return Policy (After First Purchase / Repeat Customers)

For all other purchases, we accept returns of unopened, unused Products in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered, and any Product marked as final sale, is not eligible for return.
